My ISP, Earthlink, notified me to upgrade the 2009 Norton Antivirus software
program with the Norton 360 Online software program. I have installed and run
all the protection scans of the Norton 360. This new version has a PC Tuneup
feature that seems to duplicate what the Earthlink PC FineTune software does
that is installed on my computer. I called Earthlink to cancel the Earthlink
PC FineTune software. They advised me against canceling PC FineTune, stating
